Before joining Casagrand Builder, Nageshwar served as Group CHRO at Runwal Realty, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR landscape and driving key initiatives.

In his new role at Casagrand Builder, Nageshwar will lead the organization’s HR strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
His expertise in innovative staffing, HR strategy, leadership and coaching, talent management, employee retention, and engagement will be instrumental in driving Casagrand’s HR initiatives

Nageshwar P B brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to Casagrand Builder.
He began his career as a travel ticket examiner with South Central Railway in 1994 and later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
His extensive career includes roles at prominent organizations such as Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Jones Lang LaSalle, Oberoi Realty, Deloitte, Puravankara, and Runwal Realty.
His previous roles include Group CHRO at Puravankara, Director of Talent Function at Deloitte, Head of Human Resources at Oberoi Realty and Jones Lang LaSalle, and various other leadership positions in the HR domain.
