Casagrand Builder Private Limited has announced the appointment of Hemant Kumar as Senior Vice President & Group HR Head.
With a career spanning over 16 years in the field of Human Resources, Hemant has a proven track record of driving excellence in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and shaping organizational culture.

Prior to Casagrand Builder Private Limited, he was associated with Kantar as Director and Head Of Human Resources.
His earlier stints includes working with AB InBev, Accenture, Randstad India, Wipro Technologies, Reliance Industries Limited, Reliance Energy Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
He holds his Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Human Resources/ Information Technology from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
