Roles & Responsibilities

As Head of HR, Sharad will shape and execute HR strategies aligned with Cornitos’ vision and goals. His focus includes fostering inclusivity, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Sharad aims to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring Cornitos remains a people-first organization. He holds an MBA in HR and is a professional soft-skill trainer.
