Abhishek is a seasoned HR Professional with 17 years of cross-functional and cross-industry experience. He has worked in Consulting, Insurance, and Banking.

Abhishek can maximize the individual and collective potential of an Organization to deliver a distinctive and significant impact. He has extensive experience in managing the full spectrum of Human Resource processes with a proven ability to work with the senior management team to integrate the human resource functions with the overall organizational strategy.
Abhishek has been working to enable the organization’s vision across levels providing strategic velocity to take on expansion plans through strategic hiring, business synergy, Performance enabling system creation, and innovative HR leadership solutions.
Prior to Dyninno India, Abhishek was associated with GoBOLT as Head of Human Resources. Earlier, he worked with Goals101 as Vice President- Human Resources.
Previously, Abhishek was Senior Manager- HRBP with Sun Life Financial. In this role, he was responsible for Key HR projects viz. Engagement Survey Action Planning, Top Talent Development Tracking, drive business appropriate employee engagement interventions, project manage Performance and Talent Management.
Abhishek’s earlier associations were with HCL Technologies, EXL, Fidelity Information Services, and Quatrro.
Abhishek is an alumnus of Symbiosis institute of Management Studies. He did graduation from Delhi University.
