Everest Group appoints Sudeep Patnaik as Vice President – HR

A research firm focused on strategic IT, business services, engineering services, and sourcing, Everest Group has announced the appointment of Sudeep Patnaik as Vice President – Human Resources.

Sudeep has over 15 years of experience in the HR domain. Prior to Everest Group, Sudeep was associated with TDCX as Head- HR, India for one year.

Earlier, Sudeep was associated with Deloitte India (Offices of the US) as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition (Campus & Experienced).

In this role, as Talent Acquisition Leader he was responsible for Strategy & Analytics and Mergers & Acquisition business for Deloitte Consulting in India. As a Senior Advisor, he was handling the campus team on various campus recruitment strategies.

He has hands-on experience as a front-line recruiter, leading small teams to build world-class campus teams over the past decade. He was responsible for building, coaching, and leading world-class, high-performing recruitment teams.

Previously, Sudeep has been associated with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Idea Cellular Ltd.

He holds PGDM, HR and General Management from Xavier Institute of Management. He did a bachelor’s in arts from SKCG (Autonomous) College, Parlakhemundi.
