Fiem Industries Appoints Madhuubala as AVP – HR

Fiem Industries Limited, a leading manufacturer in the automotive lighting and signaling equipment sector, has appointed Madhuubala as Associate Vice President – Human Resources.

The appointment comes at a time when the company is expanding its footprint across domestic and international markets, with a growing emphasis on workforce optimization and leadership continuity.

Career Background and Educational Credentials

Madhuubala began her HR journey as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Spanco Telesystems, where she gained foundational experience in recruitment and employee operations.

She then spent eight formative years at Universal Group, culminating in her role as Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), where she led workforce engagement and strategic HR initiatives.

Following this, she took on a one-year entrepreneurial stint as Managing Partner at Megaa Talent Consulting, advising clients on talent acquisition and organizational development.

Most recently, she served at Sandhar Technologies Ltd. as Vertical Head – HR (General Manager), overseeing HR functions across business units and aligning HR systems with operational goals.

Madhuubala holds a specialized degree in Strategic Performance Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s most prestigious institutions for human resource education.
