A global technology company unifying AI-driven software and mobile robotics, GreyOrange has announced the appointment of Ruchira Garg as Vice President -People Operations.
In this role, Ruchira is responsible for HR Partnership, Talent Management, and HR Operations. She is a result-oriented, seasoned HR leader with a strong mix of strategic business partnering and HR Operations experience.
She has nearly two decades of experience. Her expertise spans from setting up HR functions and processes from scratch to building scale.
Ruchira has been leading and mentoring seasoned HR professionals and partnering with global leaders to drive the people strategy for large global teams with a proven track record of strategizing, delivery and execution as part of organizations going through major transformations.
Prior to GreyOrange, Ruchira was associated with VMware as a Senior Director, HR Services. She is responsible for optimizing for global scale in HR processes while delivering on regional requirements.
As a regional leader, She was focused on driving business impact by enabling employee success at scale along with my able team of HR generalists, program administration specialists, and country-specific HR Specialists across the APJ region ( India, Greater China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, etc).
Earlier, Ruchira was associated with Adobe as Director- India ERC and Business Partnering. In this role, she was responsible for all the Customer Facing BUs in the organization (Sales, Consulting, and Customer Experience) and the Head of the Employee Resource Center (HR shared services).
She managed and enabled a team of seasoned HR professionals including senior HR Business Partners, HR Managers, Performance Management and Investigation experts, HR generalists, and Data management specialists for enhanced customer and employee experiences through quality HR advisory services.
Previously, Ruchira was associated with Sapient, Avaya, Corbus, LLC, and Consindia HR Services.
She is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She completed her bachelor’s in arts from Lady Shri Ram College For Women
