An Indian public sector aerospace and defence company, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has elevated Atasi Baran Pradhan as HR Director, effective July 19, 2023.
In this role, he will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, and administrative control within the organization.
He joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in 2005 and has 35 years of rich and varied experience in Human Resource function serving in both Public and Private Sectors with exposure to various industries that are dealing with Engineering, Metallurgy, Paper, Aerospace & Defence that are situated in various parts of India.
Atasi Baran Pradhan will be a member of the board and will report directly to the chairman and managing director.
He has consistently played a pivotal role in his career by spearheading the implementation of IT-enabled HR systems. Atasi Baran Pradhan holds a postgraduate degree in personnel management and labour welfare, along with a law degree.
