Honeywell ropes in Rekha Radhakrishnan as Director- HR from Dell

Rekha Radhakrishnan has joined US-based global technology company Honeywell as Director- Human Resources. Prior to this, she was working with Dell Technologies for over 2 years.

At Dell, she was working as HRBP Leader – India Sales and was driving the development and implementation of the HR Strategy for Dell Technologies in India & APJ, understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR agenda that supports the business.

Rekha comes with over 17 years of experience in human resources with expertise in driving organizational effectiveness while implementing HR programs and Leading regional and global projects in areas of Organization Design.

Previously, she has been associted with CSG International, CenturyLink, Jamcracker, and Tecnotree Corporation in HR leadership roles.

Rekha earned her Executive Programme in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and holds an MBA from the University of Madras.

Honeywell International Inc. is an American publicly traded, multinational conglomerate headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. It primarily operates in four areas of business: aerospace, building technologies, performance materials and technologies, and safety and productivity solutions.
