Bringing over 27 years of experience, Ranganath will focus on strengthening the company’s people strategy in line with its business growth.

Career Highlights

Prior to this, Ranganath has held senior HR roles in leading organizations, including Shriram Bioseed Genetics (a division of DCM Shriram Ltd), Signode India Limited, Aircel Limited, and Idea Cellular Ltd.

His career reflects strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development.

Known for building HR systems that support scale, he has contributed to driving culture, performance, and capability across diverse business environments.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Andhra University. This academic foundation, combined with decades of hands-on experience, positions him to design people practices that align with both workforce aspirations and business goals.
