Incedo elevates Akansha Mehrotra as Director – Human Resources

IT service management company, Incedo Inc. has announced to elevate Akansha Mehrotra as Director – Human Resources.

Akansha Mehrotra has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director – Human Resources at Incedo Inc.!”

Most recently prior to this, Akansha was working as Associate Director – Human Resources. She has been associated with the organization for over 7 years.

Akansha is a passionate and trusted human resources professional for designing and implementing sustainable people practices in diverse roles. She has vast experience in the hi-tech industry, across various domains i.e. B&FS, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Telecom, Product Engineering, and Emerging Technologies.

Akansha’s expertise is in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, Tech Transformation, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Employee Relations and Engagement, Talent Management, Managing Center of Excellence, and Organization Development.

Akansha Mehrotra, Director – Human Resources, Incedo Inc. said, “My 7-year journey with Incedo has been a roller coaster ride. I’ve had my share of learnings, ups, and downs. Akansha is an experienced HR professional with over 12 years of experience. Prior to Incedo Inc., she was associated with Syntel as Manager – Human Resources.

Akansha is an alumnus of the International School of Business & Media. She completed her bachelor’s in arts from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
