Intas Pharmaceuticals Appoints Ajay Tiwari as President – HR

Intas Pharmaceuticals, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies, has appointed Ajay Tiwari as President-Human Resources.

With close to three decades of experience across diverse industries, Ajay is set to play a pivotal role in driving people strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation at Intas.

In his new role, he is expected to focus on advancing Intas’ HR capabilities, fostering leadership pipelines, and driving employee-centric policies.

His expertise in talent management, culture-building, and HR transformation is seen as a strong asset to the company’s global growth ambitions.

Career Journey and Leadership Roles

Most recently, Ajay worked as Chief Human Resources Officer at Lupin Manufacturing Solutions Ltd, where he was responsible for shaping HR practices to align with business growth.

Before this, he held senior HR leadership positions at Tata Steel and Lupin, strengthening their talent strategies and building robust people-first cultures.

Earlier in his career, Ajay gained valuable experience across a wide range of industries and work environments. He worked with Unilever, Tata Motors, Philips India, and Taj Hotels, contributing to their human capital management and employee engagement initiatives.

His exposure to both manufacturing and services sectors gives him a well-rounded understanding of business and workforce dynamics.
