A part of the $ 2 billion B.C. Jindal group, Jindal Poly Films Limited appoints Vipul Dave as Vice President- Human Resources.
Vipul Dave has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President of Human Resources at Jindal Poly Films Limited, Delhi!”
Vipul Dave is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of experience as an HR professional. He has worked with many leading organizations.
Prior to this, he was associated with LIBERTY Steel Group as Chief Human Resources Officer. His association with the organization was from Feb 2021 to Nov 2022.
Previously, Vipul worked with Cosmo Films Limited as Head of HR & IR. His earlier stints include working with BASF as HR Business Partner and Tata Tele Business Services where he was leading various leadership roles.
Vipul’s contribution also includes working with a cloud technology company, Oracle as Head HR for PeopleSoft and Reliance Industries Limited as Manager HR.
He started his career working with JK Paper Ltd. as Asst Manager HR he worked with the organization from May 1999 – Dec 2001 for a period of more than two years.
Vipul is an alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth. He completed his MSW, and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
