L’Oréal appoints Rasika Malhotra as Director- HR

Leading the world in beauty and pioneering the world of the beauty tech company, L’Oréal has announced the appointment of Rasika Malhotra as Director – Human Resources for India.

Rasika Malhotra will replace Roshni Wadhwa who will take a new role as HR Transformation Director – South Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa (SAPMENA).

In her new role, Roshni will be responsible to drive change and ensure governance for all of L’Oréal’s HR transformation programs in SAPMENA. She holds her Master of Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Rasika Malhotra has confirmed the development on social media and said, “Excited to share the next milestone in my professional journey, as the Director – Human Resources for L’Oréal India.”

Rasika Malhotra joined L’Oréal from Infinity Growth Services LLP (www.dont-hire.com) where she was Executive Partner & CHRO. In this role, she was responsible for streamlining the organization process through the team of virtual experts in Finance, Marketing, ISC, Legal & Human Resource portfolios.

Rasika Malhotra has over two decades of experience in the HR Domain. Earlier, she worked with Kimberly-Clark, Mattel, Inc., Castrol, and Reliance.

Rasika Malhotra holds her Master of Labour Law and Labour Welfare, Labour Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
