Larsen & Toubro Precision Engineering and Systems IC has elevated Santosh Rai as Head of Human Resources.
He has been associated with L&T Group for 14 years, most recently, he was working as Joint General Manager-HR, L&T Defence IC.
In the new role, he will be responsible for HR and ER operations, Strategy formulation, and implementation for Defence IC.
He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Larsen & Toubro Precision Engineering and Systems IC!”
Santosh has nearly 24 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources & Industrial Relations in manufacturing & Utilities. Additionally, he has hands-on experience in setting up green field facilities.
With a solid history, he effectively harmonizes HR practices with business needs and strategy specializing in HR system development, policy formulation, talent acquisition, and fostering high-performance cultures, he consistently delivers.
He excels in managing large workforces, workforce planning, and outsourcing. With a focus on talent acquisition, union negotiation, and ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, he also prioritizes training, development, and performance management. His skills extend to organizational development, networking, and fostering strong relationships.
Santosh holds his MPM in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
