LTIMindtree has appointed Nachiket Deshpande as President and Executive Board Member. He takes over from Sudhir Chaturvedi, who recently stepped down.
Before this, Nachiket worked as Chief Operating Officer at LTIMindtree for nearly 2.5 years and played a key role in strengthening operations, improving processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
His leadership has been marked by a strong focus on customer needs, innovation, and talent development.
Leadership Changes at LTIMindtree
Recently, the company has also named Venu Lambu as Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and Wholetime Director.
He will be taking over from MD & CEO Debashis Chatterjee, whose term is expected to conclude by the end of 2025.
These changes signal a shift in leadership aimed at driving the company’s long-term vision and strengthening its position in the industry.

During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer, Nachiket worked on building capabilities in critical areas, such as risk management and customer service excellence.

He also played a key role in acquisitions and integrations, leading efforts in bringing companies like Cuelogic, Powerupcloud, Lymbyc, and Syncordis into the LTIMindtree fold.
His contributions were crucial in ensuring a smooth operational integration during the merger of LTI and Mindtree, positioning the company for sustained growth.
