Ajay joined Lupin in 2019 as Vice President – Human Resources.
During his tenure, he contributed significantly to aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic goals, driving talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
His efforts have been instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence across Lupin’s manufacturing network.

Ajay Tiwari brings over two decades of experience in strategic human resource management across various industries.
Prior to joining Lupin, Ajay held key HR leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as Tata Steel, Unilever, Tata Motors, Philips India, and Taj Hotels.
His extensive experience includes heading HR for group corporate functions across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe at Tata Steel.
Additionally, he served as HR Business Partner and Senior Category HR Manager at Unilever.
