A globally recognized marketing technology SaaS company, Netcore Cloud has announced the appointment of Shilpa Tawte as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.
Shilpa Tawte confirmed the development through a social media post and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Netcore Cloud!”
Shilpa is an alumnus of Mumbai University. She is a result-oriented HR Professional with over two decades years of experience in leading large-scale & complex HR Operations across various sectors like Telecom, Retail, and Manufacturing.
Shilpa is a seasoned leader with a track record of successfully delivering results in challenging environments. She is passionate about people and bringing a difference to organizations. She has also a proven leader with a lot of projects delivered and appreciated by a business, considered to be the best growth partner.
Prior to Netcore Cloud, Shilpa was associated with Global Cloud Xchange as Vice President and Head- Global Talent Acquisition.
Previously, she was associated with The Mobile Wallet Pvt. Ltd., Datamatics Global Services, Patni, Syntel, Mastek Ltd, Trigyn Ltd, and iGATE Global Solutions.
