Pankaj has nearly 25 years of experience in the HR domain. He is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a demonstrated history of working with the pharma, electrical/electronics manufacturing, engineering, and consultancy industries.
He is a skilled HR professional with expertise in Employer Branding, TA/TM, Onboarding, Engagement, Development, Administration, Labor Relations, People Management, Management Information Systems (MIS)/Data Analytics.
His earlier experience includes working with Pioneer Infra Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Metro Infrasys Private Limited, Consulting Engineers Group Ltd., Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd, ENERCON, Gravita India Limited, and RPG Life Sciences. Â
Pankaj holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from the University of Rajasthan and earned PGDMBA- HRD form Symbiosis.
