Sanofi gets Zepto’s Roma Bindroo as People Director & Head- HR

An innovative global healthcare company, Sanofi has appointed Roma Bindroo as People Director & Head Of HR.

Roma Bindroo joins the organization from Zepto where she was Chief Human Resources Officer. Her earlier stints include working with Tata Consumer Products, Johnson & Johnson, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Infosys.

Commenting on her appointment Roma Bindroo said, “The last few weeks have been a blur. A new organization. New projects. New expectations. New ways of working. Some niggling thoughts. Many many (many) questions. And many many (many) colleagues patiently answering them.”

“But the last two days as we came together in our AMEA conference and defined the way ahead as an organization and a region is where everything finally came together for me”, she added.

She further said, “Here is to a super interesting journey ahead. Super stoked to begin an amazing learning journey with Sanofi, helping craft the way ahead for Sanofi CHC in India.”

Roma has nearly 15 years of experience and worked with leading brands. She is enabling Purpose through Talent and is passionate about Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Experience & Innovation.

She holds PGD in PMIR (HRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in IT from Mumbai University.
