A high-performance semiconductor, IoT systems, and Cloud connectivity service provider, Semtech has elevated Pankaj Pujari as HR – India Country Lead.
Before this, most Recently, he was working as HR Business Partner – India and has been associated with the organization for over five years.
Pankaj boasts 17 years as an adept HR Business Partner, adeptly offering strategic HR guidance across diverse sectors. His tenure is marked by adeptly crafting and executing HR strategies harmonizing with organizational objectives.
Demonstrating prowess, he fosters employee engagement, enhances retention rates, and propels business outcomes through innovative HR initiatives.
His robust communication and interpersonal abilities enable him to forge strong relationships and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across all organizational tiers.
Prior to Semtech, he was associated with Feedback INFRA as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources (HR Head). His earlier stints include working with Feedback INFRA, Kohler Co., and Tech Mahindra.
Pankaj holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from IILM-AHL, an Executive Program for Strategic Human Resources Management from IIM-C, and a certificate from IIM-R in HR Analytics.
