Siegwerk, the world’s leading ink manufacturer has appointed Mumal Rathore as Vice President – Human Resources, India

Mumal has over 15 years of extensive experience in reforming, streamlining, and conceptualizing HR working methodologies and developing new approaches that help achieve business growth.
She has worked in various industry verticals & her expertise lies in Business Leadership, Learning, Organization Development, Cultural Change, Leadership interventions, and Talent Management.
Prior to Siegwerk, Mumal was Heading HR & Internal Communication for Camfil India. While working for this position she was a partner with Business Unit Heads & Plant Heads on all frontier areas and product lines, contributing significantly to the business growth and effectiveness.
Previously, Mumal was associated with organizations such as Camfil India, BILT, Falck India, Medanta – The Medicity Hospital, and Quinnox.
She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School, Bangalore.
