SUEZ Ropes-In Pawan Agarwal from Alstom as VP – HR, India

SUEZ in India appoints Pawan Agarwal as Vice President HR India, effective 29th Sept 2025.

In this strategic leadership role, Pawan will spearhead HR strategies for India and will act as key India leadership member.

Extensive Background and Experience

Pawan brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources management, particularly within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.

He has a strong background as HR business partner and Talent Management leader, known for driving organisational transformation & building sustainable talent strategies that foster business growth and employee engagement.

Before joining SUEZ, Pawan was Heading HR for Rollings stock business at Alstom Transport, responsible for large train manufacturing sites and Projects.
