With a robust background spanning over 23 years in the HR domain, Nair brings a wealth of expertise in strategic HR management. His specialization lies in talent acquisition, management, and operational efficiency.

Before joining Sun Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. (SunPetro), Vinod was associated with Reliance Industries Limited and held various leadership roles. His last designation was Sr. General Manager- Human Resources.
His earlier stints include working with Crown Worldwide Group and SSi Limited.
He holds his MHRDM, Human Resources from Prin. L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research and completed graduation in Commerce from K. V. Pendharkar College, Dombivili.
