One of India’s largest Integrated Power companies, Tata Power has announced the appointment of Subir Verma as Head of HR (T&D Cluster).
In this role, Subir is responsible for the entire gamut of human Resources for T&D companies & businesses (TPDDL, TPADL, TPTCL, Powerlink’s, NRSS, ISOLUX, Mumbai Distribution, Transmission, BD, Electrical Vehicle Charging, Contracts, PSCC, QAI&T, Commercial).
Subir has confirmed the development on social media and said, “Moving back to Mumbai with a new role as Head of HR (T&D Cluster) at TATA Power.”
Subir has 24 years of professional career, he has worked with Tata Group (Tata Power DDL, Tata Power, Tata Communications), Reliance Group (Reliance Industries Limited and Reliance Communication).
He has been associated with TATA Group for two decades.
Subir is recognized as HR Leader of People’s choice by Business World for the year 2020, CHRO of the year 2019 by World HR Forum, Best TA Person by Hindustan Times, and Power of Idea Winner by The Economic Times.
Subir is a certified happiness coach from the University of California, Berkeley. He has completed an advanced management programme in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM) and is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management.
Subir Verma started his career at Aptech Limited as Regional HR Head where he was associated with the organization for six years.
