Tata Steel elevates Vipin Sharma as Chief Talent Management

Among the top global steel companies, Tata Steel has elevated Vipin Sharma to Chief Talent Management.

In this role, he will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, PMS, Employee Experience, Benefits, and HR Shared Services teams for Tata Steel.

Vipin has confirmed the development on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Talent Management at Tata Steel!”

Most Recently, he was working as Head- Talent Acquisition and has been associated with the organization for 14 years. Vipin started his career working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as ASE.

He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
