Tyson Foods appoints Soumya Ananth as Head- HR, India

Tyson Foods, a U.S. food company appoints Soumya Ananth as Head- Human Resources for India Business. Prior to this, she was associated with Ernst & Young (EY) India as Senior Manager – Strategy and Transformation.

In her new role, she will be responsible for the entire gamut of India Talent Strategy, Culture, and Transformation for Tyson Foods India.

Soumya comes with over 15 years of experience in human resources. She is an experienced Talent professional with a demonstrated history of working in consulting, technology, and financial services industries. Skilled in HR Consulting, Compensation, Team Building, Recruiting, and HR Policies.

She is a strong human resource professional with excellent business acumen. Earlier to EY India, Soumya has worked with companies like Pegasystems, Aon Hewitt, and Teamlease in HR leadership roles.

Soumya holds a post-graduate diploma focused in Human Resources Management from Alliance University.
