In his new role, Bathija will drive UNIBIC’s strategic growth initiatives, strengthen its position in India’s competitive packaged foods industry, and accelerate international market expansion.

Bathija brings over two decades of leadership experience in the FMCG and beverages sectors, most notably with The Coca-Cola Company, where he served in senior roles across India and Southwest Asia.

His portfolio included marketing operations, brand strategy, and sustainable business growth across countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives.

As Managing Director at Coca-Cola Bangladesh, he oversaw transformative business outcomes.

Board Welcomes Visionary Leadership
