Vodafone Idea appoints Maansi Bhasin as Vice President – HRBP

Vodafone Idea has appointed Maansi Bhasin as Vice President – Human Resources Business Partner, marking a significant addition to their leadership team.

In her new role at Vodafone Idea, Maansi will be instrumental in leading HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals, fostering a culture of innovation, and enhancing employee engagement.

Maansi, an accomplished HR professional, brings with her a wealth of experience and a diverse background in the Consumer sector. She joins Vodafone Idea from Kimberly-Clark, where she served as the COUNTRY – SALES HRBP for two years, pivotal in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.

Maansi’s career journey

Maansi’s career journey is both unique and inspiring. She started as software engineer and then in human resources, where she found her true calling.

Over the years, she has worked with some of the most prominent companies in India, including Britannia Industries Limited, ITC Limited, and Larsen & Toubro.

Her extensive experience in these varied roles has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing human capital in large, dynamic organizations.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, which has further honed her skills and prepared her for the challenges of a rapidly evolving business environment.
