The destination for all things home, Wayfair has appointed Mitalee Dabral as the Country HR Leader.
Mitalee has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Country HR Leader at Wayfair!”
She is a TISS alumnus and an HR professional with over 20 years of HR generalist experience in Human Resources across leading organizations in India.
She holds a diverse leadership responsibility as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business agendas and create high-performing HR teams.
Her primary experience has been in Information Technology companies and startups in auto transport and social media segments.
Prior to Wayfair, Mitalee was associated with ShareChat as Vice President – Human Resources.
Her earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as AXISCADES as Global Head – Human Resources, Olacabs.com as Director HR – Business Partner, Accenture as AVP HR, and Infosys Technologies Ltd as Unit HR Manager.
She started her career working with Patni Computer Systems Ltd. as Manager of HR. In this role, she was responsible for HR Generalist, taking care of Employee Development and HR Operation functions at Bangalore Location.
Mitalee holds her Master of Arts in PM&IR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Bachelors in Arts from Lucknow University, Lucknow.
