Zee Entertainment Ropes-In Rohit Suri as CHRO from Netflix

ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEE), a leading media and entertainment conglomerate, has appointed Rohit Suri as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 12, 2025.

Based at the company’s headquarters in Mumbai, Suri will report directly to CEO Punit Goenka.

With a proven track record in talent development and people strategy, Suri will be tasked with enhancing workforce capabilities, implementing robust HR policies, and fostering a high-performance culture.

His focus will be on aligning HR strategies with ZEE’s core values and long-term business goals, driving collaboration and growth across the organization.

Bringing Global Expertise in Talent and Transformation

Rohit Suri brings over 25 years of diverse experience spanning consumer internet, technology, and media sectors.

His career has taken him across South Asia, APAC, and Europe, where he has led initiatives in change management, business transformation, leadership development, HR project management, and cultural integration.

Previously, he served as Head of Talent at Netflix India and held leadership roles at prominent technology and entertainment companies.

Known for fostering digital innovation and a data-driven HR culture, Suri is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping ZEE’s workforce for a dynamic, tech-forward future.
