Zepto Appoints Sneha Arora as Chief Human Resources Officer

Zepto appoints Sneha Arora as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s focus on a robust talent strategy and enhanced employee engagement.

In her new role at Zepto, she will spearhead the company’s HR strategy, drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, and foster a culture aligned with Zepto’s rapid growth.

She will also oversee organizational development, learning programs, and the adoption of HR technologies to support the startup’s expanding workforce.

Extensive Background and Experience

Sneha is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience across Technology, Retail, and eCommerce, having shaped people strategies at some of India’s most dynamic, high-growth organizations. She excels in fast-paced, multicultural environments, building scalable people practices that drive growth, performance, and culture.

Before joining Zepto, most recently as CHRO at Simpl, Sneha partnered with the founder and leadership team through a period of rapid expansion and later a strategic pivot, fostering alignment, operational clarity, and a strong people-centric approach during transformation.

At Myntra, as VP of HR, she helped build a people-first culture, strengthening HR systems, leadership development, and performance practices. Under her leadership, Myntra was recognized among India’s Top 100 Great Places to Work (2021).

Earlier, at SAP, she led HR for the Technology Board Area across APJ, championed diversity and inclusion, and supported large technology teams in India. Her career also includes leadership roles at Flipkart and Texas Instruments, where she began her journey after earning a Master’s in HR from TISS.

Recognized for her strategic vision and execution excellence, Sneha has received accolades from People Matters, CII, ObserveNow, and HRAI, and was named among the Top CHROs to Follow on LinkedIn by New in Asia.
