Setu appoints ex-SAP India executive Anand Raisinghani as CEO

Leading API infrastructure company, Setu has appointed ex-SAP India executive Anand Raisinghani as Chief executive officer (CEO). He will collaborate closely and work with co-founder Nikhil Kumar.

In this role, his journey will focus on areas such as open banking, account aggregation, API platforms, embedded finance, and data gateway services.

Their concerted efforts aim to expand Setu’s reach and capabilities in the ever-evolving landscape of financial technology, catering to the diverse needs of customers and partners in an increasingly interconnected digital economy.

On his appointment to a new role, Anand Raisinghani, CEO, Setu said, “I am excited for the opportunity to lead Setu into its next growth phase.”

“The incredible team at Setu, led by Nikhil, have built a powerful API fintech focussed on driving successful customer outcomes”, Anand Raisinghani added.

With over two decades of proven success in sales leadership, he is an accomplished and results-oriented sales leader. His expertise lies in driving new business development, expanding competitive market presence, and leading sales teams to success.

Utilizing a potent blend of commercial acumen and technological insight, he consistently delivers revenue and profitability in line with strategic objectives.

Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in guiding high-performance sales teams, he is a trusted figure in the industry. His track record speaks volumes about his ability to navigate complexities and drive tangible results in dynamic business environments.

Prior to Setu, he was associated with SAP as Vice President & Head – Professional Services, BFSI, Telecom & Media. His earlier stints include working with Equifax, IBM, and Wipro.

Anand holds his Master of Management Studies, Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and completed his BE in Industrial Electronics from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
