Aditya Birla Group (Century Textiles and Industries Limited) has appointed Anand Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CRHO). In this role, he was responsible for driving the HR strategies of the company.
He has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I have started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Aditya Birla Group (Century Textiles and Industries Limited)!”
Anand Tripathi has nearly two decades of experience in the HR domain. Prior to Aditya Birla Group (Century Textiles and Industries Limited), he was associated with Aditya Birla Group (Ultratech Cement) as President of HR.

Previously, he was associated with Hindustan Unilever Limited as General Manager HR – ER for South Asia, Unilever. In this role, he was the Member of Hindustan Unilever, South Asia HR Leadership Team and South Asia Supply Chain Leadership Team.
His previous stints include working with UPL, Hindustan Unilever Ltd., and Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd.
Anand holds his Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from IPM Lucknow.
