CenturyLink ropes in ex-Accenture Director HR Dhanya Rajeswaran as Country HR Director

Dhanya Rajeswaran joins CenturyLink as Country HR Director. Prior to this, she was working as Director & HR head for Accenture Digital, Consulting and Corporate Functions in India.

CenturyLink, Inc. is a global technology company headquartered in Monroe, Louisiana that offers communications, network services, security, cloud solutions, voice, and managed services. The company is a member of the S&P 500 index and the Fortune 500.

Dhanya is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She has deep expertise in positioning the organization as Employer of choice, crafting industry-leading HR practices, leading large scale transformational change and redefining Employee Experience through Human Capital strategies, Culture, Performance Achievement, Leadership, Inclusion, and Diversity, etc.

She drives innovation with insights, leveraging Data Analytics & Digital and partners with global leaders (CXOs) from the multi-cultural background on developing tailored Talent Strategies to drive profitability and growth. She has significant experience in HR from strategy to implementation (attract, retain, develop, grow).

Her past experiences span an array of industries including IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Construction.

Dhanya is a GALLUP strengths coach, trained Six Sigma Black Belt. Member of CII National committee on special abilities.

Dhanya has done Bachelors in Corporate Secretaryship, Commerce and Accounting from Ethiraj College, Chennai (University of Madras) and holds Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources from Loyola Institute of Business Administration
