Insurance Company, Edelweiss Tokio Life has appointed Saba Adil as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
In the new role, Saba will play a pivotal role in aligning the organization’s goals with its people, enabling them to realize their potential and contribute to the company’s success.

Saba Adil is an accomplished HR and Business professional with over 25 years of experience. She has scaled up start-ups and worked in turn-around businesses and technology-led Financial organizations, thus giving a rich and holistic exposure to business stages.
Prior to Edelweiss Tokio Life, she was associated with Raheja QBE General Insurance Company Limited as Chief People, Risk, and Marketing Officer. Her earlier stints include working with Avanse Financial Services Ltd. as Chief People Officer and Aegon Life as Chief People & Operating Officer.
She started her career working with MGL (British Gas JV) in Human Resources. In this role, she gained a deep and well-rounded experience in HR sub-functions.
Saba Adil holds her Masters in Human Resources, HRM, and Bachelor of Science from AMU.
