Ex-Hero MotoCorp Head HR Ratan Agrawal joins Moon Beverages

Moon Beverages, a food and beverage company has appointed Ratan Agrawal as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

He confirmed his appointment on LinkedIn, “Dear Friends and Fraternity members, I would like to share an update with you all and express my sincere appreciation for your unwavering love and support.”

With over 30+ years of experience, he has contributed to the growth and development of companies. He thrives in a cross-functional team, contributing significantly to the business and bringing value to his stakeholders.

Prior to Moon Beverages, Ratan Agrawal was associated with Hero MotoCorp Ltd. for nearly 10 years. He has held various leadership roles at the company his last designation was Head- HR R&D.

At Hero MotoCorp, as a core member of the leadership team, he oversaw and streamlined the entire lifecycle of the R&D HR function (India & Germany) with a collaborative team of members. The core focus of his role was creating cultural alignment and change management.

His earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Reliance Retail (Reliance Fresh), Trident Group, MAPS India (Metzeler Automotive Profiles Systems), Britannia Industries Ltd, and Usha Martin Industries Group.

He holds his PGDPM, HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service and completed his Bachelor of Science from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi.

Moon Beverages Ltd is a major food and beverage company in India, known for manufacturing and distributing Coca-Cola and other brands like Limca, Sprite, Maaza, Thums UP, Fanta, Minute Maid, Coke Zero, Kinley, and Soda.
