Godrej Agrovet Limited has appointed Mallika Mutreja as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She will replace Rahul Gama.
She has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I have been fortunate to have spent the first 14 years of my professional journey with a purposeful, progressive & pioneering institution #Unilever #HUL.”

Mallika has over 14 years of experience in the HR Domain. Prior to Godrej Agrovet Limited, She was associated with Unilever where she held various leadership roles within the organization and her last designation was HR Head – Finance and Reward Head, South Asia.
She holds her Master’s in Arts in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from R.A.Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
