Interface Microsystems appoints Deepti Mehta as CHRO

Leading supplier of automotive electronics, Interface Microsystems has appointed Deepti Mehta as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

She is an HR Leader with 18 years of experience in Strategic HR Business Parenting and Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Deepti has vast experience in driving people Process Excellence, Organization Development, Strategic HR, and Talent Management initiatives in diverse industries of IT, Telecom, and Consumer Durable.

Prior to Interface Microsystems, She was associated with RR Kabel Limited as Head HR – Home Electrical Business.

Previously, Deepti was associated with Luminous Power Technologies where she has held various leadership roles. Her last designation was Assistant Vice President of HR. In this role, she was responsible as a Strategic HR Business Partner to Support Functions (Finance, Legal, Commercial, IT, Supply Chain, Purchase), Customer Service, International Business, and Virtual Factory.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and Shivaji University Deepti’s earlier stints include working with STEL LTD, Bharti Airtel Limited, and HCL Technologies.
