Jakson Group elevates Radhika Arora as Group Chief People Officer

A diversified Energy and Infrastructure Company, Jakson Group has elevated Radhika Arora as Group Chief People Officer.

She is associated with Jakson Group since 2020 and most recently before the elevation she was working as Group CHRO and has nearly 19 years of enhancing business through HR strategy & practices.

Prior to Jakson Group, Radhika Arora was associated with Sony as Head – of Talent Acquisition, OD & Learning. In this role, she was responsible for leading a team of passionate & adept HR professionals managing Talent Acquisition, OD, Employee Engagement, and L&D-related initiatives at the Corporate level.

Previously, she was associated with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited as Dy. Manager HR – OD & Recruitment. In this role, she was preparing and finalized Functional (HR) and unit-level balanced scorecards from company-level balance score card. Additionally, she administers a company-wide online performance management system catering to 12000 employees of the company.

She holds her PGDBM, Specialization – in HR & Marketing from the M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management and completed her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc, Mathematics, Statistics & Computers) from St. Johns Degree College.

Jakson Group is a diversified Energy and Infrastructure Company having expertise in Distributed Energy, Solar Solutions, and Electrical EPC Solutions.

The company has Headquartered in Noida, Jakson has 4 states of the art manufacturing facilities for Generating Sets, Solar Modules, and Battery Energy Storage Systems. The company has a workforce of 2500+ persons and a presence in India, SAARC, Middle East, and African regions.
