India’s largest D2C brand, Join Ventures has announced the appointment of Pooja Tiwari as Chief People Officer.
In this role, Pooja will be responsible for leading all aspects of People & Culture. She will be based out in Mumbai.

Pooja has over 17 years of experience in the human resources domain. She is a seasoned HR professional possessing Leadership qualities and expertise in delivering innovative solutions on People & Culture related matters, which are strategically aligned and integrated with the business priorities.
She is a strong strategic planner with a profound ability to create and execute talent initiatives with the right balance of objectivity and empathy. She has excellent interpersonal skills that assist in building and maintaining highly effective relationships at all levels in the organization.
Prior to Join Ventures, Pooja was associated with Reliance Brands Limited as AVP Human Resources. Previously, she has worked with organizations such as Nykaa, Pocket Aces, PwC, Grant Thornton LLP, and Deloitte.
She started her career working with Info Edge India Ltd as an Executive at Naukri.com. In this role, she was responsible for handling all stages of the Executive Search cycle from lead generation, and business development to mandate responsibility, interviewing and assessing candidate endorsement, client anchorage, interview coordination, and final offer negotiation.
Pooja holds her master’s in Business Administration from the Institute for Technology and Management.
