Kalpana Devnani Joins Smartworks as CHRO from Jubilant

One of India’s largest managed workspace platforms, Smartworks has appointed Kalpana Devnani as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Kalpana Devnani is an HR leader proficient in Organizational Transformation & Change Management. She is extremely Passionate about building a deep-rooted culture that is Fair, Inclusive, Performance Driven & Business Forward.

Prior to Smartworks, she served as HR Head for Emerging Brands & International Markets at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.

With over 13 years of distinguished HR leadership experience in industries including FMCG, cosmetics, QSR, and banking, Kalpana brings extensive knowledge to her new role.

Her impressive background includes significant positions at ICICI Bank, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, and Samara Capital, where she successfully managed programs that transformed company cultures and enhanced team performance.

She has led teams and partnered with business leaders to conceptualize and drive talent strategy, deeply embedding performance culture, building individual and organizational capabilities and leading change management initiatives.

Kalpana holds her master’s in Business Administration from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and completed his Bachelor of Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Smartworks is one of India’s largest managed workspace platforms, with a footprint of over 8 million sq. ft. across 13 cities (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida , Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, and Kochi) with more than 39 centres.

The company caters to more than 550 sector-agnostic organizations including large enterprises, unicorns, and soonicorns.
