The Lubrizol Corporation appoints Sumit Neogi as Director- Human Resources, South Asia, and the Middle East.
Prior to joining The Lubrizol Corporation, Sumit was working as Vice President (HR Services) with Reliance Industries Limited for the last 2 years and he was reporting to Ashwani Prashara, CHRO, Hydrocarbons at Reliance Industries. Earlier to this, he was working as a Senior HR Director at Cipla Limited for almost two years.
Sumit is a veteran in the field of Human Resource Management with over 17 years of rich experience in HR and Sales & Marketing. An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, he did his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from MANIT, Bhopal. Adding to his PGDM, he has multiple certifications from renowned institutes, both national and international.
