Renu Bohra joins CK Birla Group’s National Engineering Industries as CHRO

An integral part of CK Birla Group, National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings) has appointed Renu Bohra as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Renu has strong HR domain knowledge with over 25 years of experience. She has a proven track record of strategic business partnering, culture-building, and organizational transformation.

Previously, she has worked in MNCs, Indian business houses, and public sector companies, spread across key sectors of Logistics & Supply chain, Professional Services, Healthcare Services, Consumer Durables, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

Her strengths are in the fields of HR Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Culture, Leadership & Succession, DEI, Talent Management, OD, Change Management, Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Labor Compliance.

Prior to National Engineering Industries, Renu was associated with DB Schenker as Chief People Officer. Her earlier stints include working with Blue Star Limited, HSCC (India) Limited, and Bharat Aluminium Company Limited.

She holds M.Sc. in Counselling & Psychotherapy and did her M.Phil in Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings), an integral part of CK Birla Group was founded in 1946. It is headquartered  in Jaipur, India. NBC Bearings is one of the country’s largest bearings manufacturers with a substantial domestic market share.
