Sentiss Pharma appoints Ravi Shekhar as Chief Human Resources Officer

Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ravi Shekhar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

He confirmed the development through a social media post and said, “I’m happy to share that I have started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd.!”

An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ravi has 26+ years of rich HR experience in a large organization having a presence in India and abroad. He has experience working at various levels and has facilitated Ravi in becoming highly networked in these high-growth industries.

Ravi has a strong ability to manage a unionized environment (Industrial Relations) and signed wage settlements. He has good exposure to restructuring & integration and the legal requirement of the business.

Prior to Sentiss Pharma, he was associated with Jubilant Generics Limited (Pharmaceuticals Company) as an Associate Vice President- HR, a subsidiary of Jubilant Life sciences Ltd since 2007.

In this role, he managed an end-to-end HR value chain for 1000+ employees across the globe. He impacted CRAMS, Fine Chemical, Advance Intermediates and Vitamins, API &, and Formulation business.

Ravi was responsible for managing the human resource function of the Generic Transnational Company having multiple manufacturing sites in India and the US. He designed HR Strategy and execution plan to implement and practice the strategy across the company.

Ravi has a very rich global experience in managing the operation and workforce in different geography like India, the US, EU, China, etc.

Previously, he was associated with Lupin Limited as Manager-HR where he was responsible for HR and IR functions, and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) as Dy.Manager(HR) where he was responsible for all HR activities.
