CashKaro plans to hire 350 people across verticals this year

According to ET report, cashback and coupons app, CashKaro plans to hire nearly 350 employees in 2022 across verticals and even in leadership roles this year 2022.

The firm will be hiring for the positions of interface(UI)/person expertise (UX), product, design, partnerships, digital advertising, progress, influencer advertising, knowledge analytics, and social media. The hiring will also focus on Leadership profiles as well.

The team will be hiring close to 300 new members for roles like sales executive, area manager, etc. across the country, and for the leadership position, the focus will be particularly on chief of staff, head of data, head of sales, head of product, design lead, etc. will be the focus area in the coming months.

Freshers and interns will comprise 20% of total hiring this year.

In 2022, the company will be implementing plans for further broadening the portfolio into finance. This category expansion is also expected to be a large hiring driver this year.

“I always say that a dedicated team lays the foundation of a successful business, so hiring is one of the most important parts of running a business for me. Our hiring process is extensive, and we dive deep into the candidate’s experience and more specifically into the core skills needed for the role in question,” Swati Bhargava, co-founder, CashKaro, and Earnkaro said.

This will help in increasing the CashKaro Store Network. The company grew more than 100% in revenue in FY22 and crossed the Rs 200 crore mark., said Rohan Bhargava, cofounder, CashKaro and EarnKaro.
