GlobalLogic, a leading digital product engineering company and a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., has announced plans to hire over 500 professionals across various roles in India.

The company is led by a team of experienced executives, including CEO Nitesh Banga, COO Sumit Sood, and CFO Vaibhav Sharma.

The company’s culture emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and a human-centered design approach.

GlobalLogic places a strong emphasis on talent development, process enhancement, and mindset evolution, working closely with global capability centers (GCCs) to deliver high-quality services.

Job Openings at GlobalLogic

The company is looking to fill various roles, including Data Engineer, Product Owner, Project Manager, Associate Analyst, and Tech Business Analyst.

These positions reflect GlobalLogic’s commitment to expanding its expertise and capabilities in digital engineering.

Founded in 2000, GlobalLogic specializes in providing full-lifecycle product development services.

The company integrates experience design and complex engineering to help clients design and build innovative products, platforms, and digital experiences.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, GlobalLogic operates design studios and engineering centers worldwide, including India.

The company was acquired by Hitachi Ltd. in 2021, further expanding its capabilities and reach.

GlobalLogic’s India headcount is expected to increase to 20,000–22,000 employees by 2026.

This is a more than 30% increase from the current headcount of around 15,000.

Candidates can visit the company’s official career page and LinkedIn page for hiring details.

Additionally, they can explore other job portals for more information on open positions.

Latest Financial Results

GlobalLogic has been experiencing significant growth, with its latest financial results showing a revenue run rate close to $2 billion.

The company aims to reach $5 billion in revenue by 20282.

This growth is driven by the increasing demand for digital engineering services and the company’s focus on value arbitrage rather than cost arbitrage.

With its ambitious growth plans, GlobalLogic is poised to make a significant impact in the digital engineering space.
