Job Summary
HCL Technologies is conducting a Mega Walk-in Interview for the role of Vendor Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving strategic and business objectives through the effective management of vendors. This role involves managing vendor invoicing, creating requisitions, document management, generating reports, communicating with vendors, and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders within HCLTech.
Key Responsibilities at HCLTech
- Collaborate with Commercial Managers, procurement, legal, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage vendor invoicing, creation of requisitions, and document management.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Ensure all functions and processes comply with the Supplier Management Policy.
- Manage and participate in audit requirements.
- Create management reports.
- Handle all escalations professionally, ensuring superior customer service to all stakeholders.
- Monitor feedback mechanisms to identify areas of opportunity with all stakeholders.
- Actively participate in other miscellaneous activities and processes managed by HCL.
Education Qualification
- Graduate
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
- Good English Communication Skills
