Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer management and negotiation skills
- Experience in HR operations, preferably recruitment administration
- Results-driven and deadline-oriented
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
- Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Knowledge of ATS tools (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters) and job boards
- Expertise in innovative sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate cold calling)
