Mahindra Group is hiring for over 1500+ jobs including Sales Trainee Program and Graduate Apprentice Trainee roles.

Sales Trainee Program

To train participants from the beginning with a member centric –“service to sell” approach, which should prepare them with better member/ client engagement during & post the sales, thereby enabling them to perform better.

1. Participants will be hired as “(On the Job) Sales Trainees” for 6 months from joining.
   Post 6 months training period, the participants will be confirmed at G4 as Relationship Manager, subject to clearing the final “certification”.
2. Participants not clearing the certification will get a further extension of 30 days, with specific handholding & will have to undergo a re-certification.
3. Participants not clearing the re-certification will not be absorbed into the organization.
4. Participants will not be entitled to any incentive till the period they are under traineeship and have cleared their certification.
5. Minimum qualification – Graduate or Post Graduate in sales and Marketing or any other relevant field.

Graduate Apprentice Trainee

1. Market complaint Analysis, Resolution and Monitoring.
2. Leading the Assembly manufacturing team to accomplish the control of PQCDSM.
3. Delivery of products as per plan.
4. Coordinate with different departments such as internal / external and vendor for improvements.
5. New product establishment and implementation of mass production.
6. Adhere training schedule (workers and staff.
7. Daily Man management by closing all conflicts and disagreements.
8. Inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work / performance of subordinates.
9. Gap analysis of production loss, quality loss and breakdown.
10. Synchronization of parts for different models.
